- Prepare 1 kg of salmon fillet.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of brown sugar.
- Use 1 tsp of sea salt.
- You need 1 pinch of ground black pepper.
- Take of Zest of lime (optional).
- Take 1 tbsp of lime juice.
Instructions to make Planked Salmon:
- Soak a cedar plank in cold water for at least one hour, longer is better!.
